What the upload status labels mean

Every file you add moves through three stages. The label on the upload tells you where it is.

1. Uploading

Your file is being transferred, and the percentage shows real-time progress. You can move to other pages or start another upload while this runs.

2. Processing

Your content is being indexed so it can be searched. As a rule of thumb, expect about a minute of processing for every minute of content, and longer if you've selected caption translations. A 60-minute recording is usually ready in about an hour.

3. Completed

The upload is ready. It's searchable in your players and available in your library.

To watch several uploads at once, select the upload indicator at the top of the console.

Cancelled or Failed

Either label means the file didn't finish. You can upload it again.
