Upload many files at once

You don't have to add files one at a time. Bulk Upload takes a whole batch, shows progress for each file, and lets you set details once for all of them.

Limits

• Up to 40 files per batch. Extra files are skipped with a message telling you how many
• Bulk upload accepts MP3, MP4 and DOCX only. For .mov, .m4a or .pdf, upload those files individually
• Each file still counts against your plan's upload allowance in the usual way

Shared details and overrides

Description, author and cover image can be set once for the whole batch. Any file can then be switched to Custom to override the shared value for that file only — the rest of the batch keeps the shared setting.

While it runs

Each file shows its own progress, and you can navigate anywhere in the console while the batch continues in the background. The upload indicator at the top shows all in-flight uploads.

If a file in the batch has the same name as something already in your library, you'll be warned before it uploads. Rename it or skip it.
