Build a player

Go to Players → New, name the player, pick a type, and choose which uploads or collections it can draw from.

FAQ and Story players are temporarily disabled. New players use the Journey type for now. If you need help with an existing FAQ or Story player, contact support at support@tru.guide.

Player types

Journey - delivers multiple clips as a playlist, ordered by relevance to the question asked. Clips run 60-90 seconds.

FAQ (temporarily disabled) - delivers one clip with one answer per question. Clips run 60-90 seconds, and video, audio and text are all turned into audio.

Story (temporarily disabled) - delivers consecutive clips starting from the moment in your content that best answers the question. Playback is continuous, from audio and text turned into audio.

Players are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Create as many as you need - one per topic, per page, or per audience.
