What each plan includes
Also asked as: pricing · how much does it cost · compare plans · storage limit · upgrade
Core is $19 a month, or $190 a year. Premium is $49 a month, or $490 a year. Annual billing works out to roughly 17% less than paying monthly. There is a Free plan, and Enterprise lifts every limit - contact sales for that.
Your own allowances and usage
Rather than reading a table and working out which row applies to you, open your Subscription page. It shows your plan's actual allowances alongside how much you've used - storage, upload hours, text pages, streaming, collections and seats.
That page reads the live values, so it is always right. A table in a help article can drift out of date; your Subscription page cannot.
What's on every plan
- Players are unlimited, on every plan including Free. Create as many as you need.
- Collections are a paid feature - not available on Free.
How allowances are counted
- Audio and video by duration, in minutes per year
- Text by page count, per year
- Storage by total file size
- Streaming by data served to your visitors each month
Annual allowances reset on your subscription anniversary.
Changing plan
Upgrade or downgrade from the Subscription page. If you hit an upload limit, the console offers View Plans at the point it stops you.
