The Analytics page reports how visitors use your players. Definitions matter here, because several metrics look similar.
| Metric | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Visitors | Distinct people who opened one of your players in the period. Each person counts once regardless of how often they returned. |
| Click Rate | Share of searches that led to a content click. Higher means your content matches what visitors want. |
| Engagement Rate | Average searches per unique visitor. Higher means visitors explore more. |
| Load to Search | Share of player loads that produced at least one search. Shows how well the player invites engagement. |
| Avg Interactions | Average of all interactions - searches, clicks and loads - per unique visitor across every player. |
| Sessions | Unique visits, counted separately from visitors. |
Click Rate and Load to Search answer different questions. A low Load to Search with a high Click Rate means few visitors start searching, but those who do find what they need - a prompting problem, not a content problem.
Search allowances
Searches count against a monthly allowance: 100 on Free, 1,000 on Core, 10,000 on Premium.
