Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself from Settings. It is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• All your uploads and content
• All your players and their configurations
• All your collections
• Your subscription, if one is active
• All analytics and usage data

Steps

1. Open Settings and find Delete Account
2. Read the list of what will be removed
3. Type the confirmation phrase shown on screen exactly as written
4. Confirm

Any player you have embedded on your own site stops working the moment the account is deleted. Remove the embed code from your pages first if you want to avoid a broken space where the player was.

If you only want to stop paying, you don't need to delete anything — downgrade to the Free plan from your Subscription page instead and your content stays.
