Signing up takes two steps: create the account, then confirm your email address with a code.

What you'll be asked for

Required: your email address, first name, last name, and a password entered twice.

Optional: company, website, and what you plan to use TruGuide for. You can leave these blank and fill them in later from Settings.

Password requirements

Between 8 and 128 characters. Both password fields must match exactly.

Confirming your email

After you submit the form we email you a 6-digit code, numbers only. Enter it on the verification screen to activate your account.

Until you enter that code the account exists but isn't confirmed - and an unconfirmed account can't reset its password. If you get stuck here, request a new verification email rather than trying the password reset.
